Council Room A/V System

After providing a system evaluation and upgrade recommendation that provided substantial savings as opposed to three other proposals (we recommended reusing some of the existing equipment that did not need to be replaced), we were selected to provide a design/build proposal to upgrade the A/V systems for City of Lebanon’s Council Room and Overflow Room. The upgrade included converting the standard definition Video systems to High Definition, simplifying the connection process for presentations, and streamlining the operation of the system. All work was performed without interruption to the scheduled meetings on time and on budget.
